里昂张了张嘴，但没发出声音。就在这时他突然意识两人之间的对视时间已经长到令人无法忍受的程度。他迅速地移开视线。
“我知道。所以我问你怎么会在这里。”
一句没头没脑的话。但克里斯听懂了，他是在以个人的身份询问自己为什么会在这里，而不是以DSO特工的身份询问BSAA来的搭档。 -

里昂·SHIT·肯尼迪躺在一块歪斜着的钢板上，右侧手臂与左侧小腿以奇怪的姿势向反方向扭曲着，浑身上下血迹斑斑，没被衣物遮蔽的皮肤上尽是污垢与瘀伤，他半张着嘴，嘴角和鼻子下方淌着血沫，胸口微弱地起伏着，看上去离被自己的血液呛死近在咫尺。
更要命的是，琥珀眼移动目光，一断凸起的钢管从肯尼迪的腹部贯穿出来，将他牢牢钉在地上，钢管破损的顶端挂着些许碎肉组织，撕裂的创口处隐约可见涌出的黄色脂肪和——那是什么，一截小肠吗。
完了。
琥珀眼脑袋里嗡嗡作响，差点一阵天旋地转，在听到耳麦里克里斯的呼叫声时，他张了张嘴，本能地第一时间回应：
“阿尔法，你——你——”
他“你”了两次，实在不知道该怎么开口，直到克里斯疑惑地催促他，他才以极高的职业素养，尽可能委婉地汇报实情：
“——你可能要丧偶了。”——
*坏结局下的好结局，假设厄尔庇斯起效慢了点，泽诺临死前把里昂暴揍得不能自理。我坦白我就喜欢战损昂。
*克昂老夫老妻向，有一点格蕾丝→里昂的母女雏鸟情节，大概是女儿对妈妈产生了别样的情感但妈妈觉得这样不行女儿值得更好的。
*包含大量过分的战损及事后照料，包括但不限于角色失禁、暂时性残疾、器官切除、短期瘫痪、疼痛描写等略重口内容，注意避雷（不知道这些的英文怎么写，打tag好难QAQ）。
*个人不喜欢齐诺这个翻译，总觉得怪怪的，所以本文采取偷跑时期泽诺的翻译。 -
