Victims of Shane Hollander’s ‘tism rizz (support group for queer hockey players)
Ilya Rozanov was added to the chat
OR: After coming out to none other than Troy Barrett, Ilya Rozanov, Shane Hollander's recent fiancé, is added to a group chat full of queer hockey players on the current league. The twist? Almost every single one of them had some interaction with Hollander that made them, at the very least, question things. It goes as well as expected.

Summary
@ottawacentaurs
Shane Hollander ranks hockey players; number five will surprise you!“Who’s the third?” Shane asked with seemingly genuine confusion.
“What?”
“The third player.” Shane clarified, “In the big three of active players? I mean it’s me and Ilya, right?”
Amelia nodded mutely whilst Luca Haas, who had been asked the question, stared at Shane with wide eyes.
“So, who’s the third?” Shane’s face took on a contemplative look.
“Scott Hunter?” Amelia said with confusion.
“Hunter?” Shane looked surprised. “Why?”
Across the room Roz let out a bark of laughter. -

Summary
”Shane Hollander of the Montreal Metros has been accused of homophobia after making an insensitive joke regarding gay marriage. This is especially hurtful due to its timing — following a shutout game against the New York Admirals, where Captain Scott Hunter resides as the only openly gay player in the MLH. Our insider source confirms this is not the first time Hollander has expressed his negative opinion on the LGBT+ community.
Our team has reached out to Hollander’s representative staff and is awaiting a response.”
