Summary
The year is 2480. It’s been four hundred and sixty years since humans discovered that they aren’t alone in the world. And… They didn’t even need to search outside Earth to find it.
Humans have always looked up at the sky, eager to discover what was outside. Eager to discover that they aren’t all alone in the galaxy. Unfortunately, they forget that although the planet Earth has this name, ⅔ of the Earth's surface is covered by water in a liquid state, and 90% of the ocean has not yet been mapped.
So, what could lie in the depths? Well, that is easy: an entire society.
Right under their noses.Even now the oceans remain a secret. Humans are currently trying to close the gap and the first steps forward to it was through Atlantis. An underwater research laboratory thousands of feet below the ocean surface.

AKA: Katsuki Bakugou is the engineer responsible for keeping Atlantis Station running, but the cute new guy is a distraction.

He froze as Izuku's eyes landed on him, bristling a moment later. If the fucking nerd wanted a fight he'd get one.
That was the only thing they ever did. They always fucking bickered or fought about something. If they weren't yelling at each other, they were avoiding each other.
He bared his teeth as Deku started stumbling in his direction, red and gold tie hanging loose around his neck and robes caked in soot. What the fuck had even happened to him?

Deku is tutoring a fourth year in Herbology. She sets a Venomous Tentacula on fire by accident, and Deku gets her out of the greenhouse so he can extinguish it. Unfortunately, Tentacula fumes are...hallucinogenic.

Summary
It was customary for every child to be assigned a token, short for bride token or bride price, at their coming of age ceremony that was held once a year for the entire village. Everyone who had turned 18 since the last ceremony was welcomed into adulthood and their worth for the village and their family was judged.
Bakugou Katsuki was the village's pride and joy.
Midoriya Izuku wasn't.
