Summary
The darkness of a ship’s hold is not an absence of light — it is a substance. Thick, viscous, like black oil seeping through rotting planks and settling into lungs and bones. Derek Hale lies chained in that darkness, his body weakened by wolfsbane, his senses flayed raw by the relentless presence of the sea — an element forbidden to werewolves, invasive and maddening.
The hunters who captured him bring a new prize aboard.
Something pale and wrong.
Something with rubies set into its eyes and a cold that reeks of the abyss. They call it a trophy.
They call it a thing. For Derek, it becomes a reason to survive.
In a filthy cell, between injections of poison and the distorted roar of the ocean pressing in from all sides, a desperate pact is forged between a land-bound alpha and a creature born of the depths. A fragile, wordless alliance shaped by pain, proximity, and the shared instinct to endure.
Because the true danger is not the captivity.
It is not the hunters. It is what they begin to become when survival demands trust.
And it is the impossible secret the ocean has dragged to the surface — wrapped in rags, breathing softly, and destined to change everything.Bookmarked by Jupiter_Jay

Summary
“Yes,” she says. “Because he was flirting with you and he knows it, and now he’s panicking like a Victorian maiden who accidentally saw an ankle.”
Dennis stares, stunned. “He wasn’t—”
She lifts a brow.
He swallows. The memory of the car ride flashes through him—Robby’s hand on his thigh, squeezing for half a moment, and the way he smiled, flustered.
“Oh,” he murmurs, realization sinking with somewhat of a dullness in his chest.
Santos beams like a proud parent. “There it is.”
Or, some boundaries are crossed, and both Dennis and Robby are freaking out about it.

“What’ve you got?”
“Uh, just waiting for the hepatic on Mrs. Gupta to come back.” Dennis feels the hairs at the small of his back stand up. Every nerve hyperaware of the proximity. Robby is close enough that he can smell his cologne. Cedar, smoke and something else he can’t name.
“I see.” Robby reaches and swipes on the screen. Then, voice low and casual like he’s asking another work related question, “What's this about a hot neighbour?”
OR:
Dennis tries his best to make sense of his previous night with Michael. As well as his friendship with Trinity Santos. To mixed results.Series

Summary
The nymph was the best prey Derek had ever had — evading him at every turn, yet teasing within reach. Here, in the middle of the lake, between crumbling ruins of the naiad’s temple, with Stiles pressed against him, Derek could taste the life again. He was as close to peace as it got. If only he could satisfy the heat in his lower parts, to turn his head and seal his lips against Stiles’ smile, to sink into him and make love, long and sweet, all night ‘till morning… If he could wake each day to Stiles lying next to him, maybe, then his soul would settle.
But now, even while breathing the same air, Derek did not have him at all.
Still, he kept coming. Fixing things, bringing things, pulling Stiles close until he stopped resisting. All creatures yearned for warmth, and Stiles, with his transparent clothes clinging to his slender, wet body was not an exception.
