If only Charles could have helped Raven instead of trying to control her, and if only he had helped Erik sooner. Maybe they wouldn't have gotten themselves in such a mess. Logan on a table, Kitty in obvious distress, Bobby trying to soothe her to no avail, and Erik... Charles can feel them all. The Sentinels closing in. The sharp pike striking through Ororo's torso. Bishop screaming. Blink casting a portal behind Erik, allowing him to stumble back into the dark little room with metal shards protruding out of his chest. How did everything become such a mess? Because he felt quite sick to his stomach, he feared the source of said sickness might very well be jealousy, and he had absolutely no idea at all what to do about it.
