Leo was outvoted. Raph was their leader again.
Were they wrong to so bluntly vote for Raph to become the leader of the Mad Dogs again? It’s just… it’s been months since Dad told them that Leo would be their new leader, and while at first they were unsure about this new dynamic, it took them only a couple of missions with Leo as their leader to know that this was nothing short of a disaster.
“We did the right thing.” Raph hesitated for a second, then added, “Right?”

Mikey, Donnie and Raph make a vote that ends with Raph returning to his position as the leader. And instead of making a fuss over this, Leo acts like everything is fine, so Mikey decides to try and see how he's really doing.
