Cang Qiong had a very unique tradition passed down from the previous peak lords to the next peak lords, exclusively, that the eleven younger peaks had to get their eldest brother's approval and they all competed to be their (future) Zhangmen-shixiong's favorite.
The problem in the current generation is... Their (future) Zhangmen-shixiong is already fixated on the second senior when the race barely started... So where should these young men and lady directed their overflowing need of competing for attention and approval?
To someone else who was not partial and very much had no favorite... Shen Qingqiu, of course. Their Second Senior. Only, Shen Qingqiu was not ready for the sudden overwhelming fawning and affection thrown his way- HELP!

Summary

Now that their positions are reversed, Luo Binghe will torment his shizun for all the misgiving he had done to him as a child.
Luo Binghe doesn't realize the one he always wished for was the same one he was tormenting until it is too late to fix everything.

Summary
Shen Qingqiu lived a sad, hateful life as a master cultivator. Most people would think the immortal got what was coming for him the day he was expelled from the Jianghu itself. Shen Qingqiu wholly agrees. It's the best thing that ever happened to him.
Or, Shen Qingqiu was put on trial for the attempted murder of Liu Qingge, gets abandoned by Yue Qingyuan, but was not the one who pushed Luo Binghe to the Abyss in this life. Instead, the ex-immortal opted to live a simple life in the country side as he counts his numbered but fulfilling days alone.
Except, fate isn't the kindest towards Shen Qingqiu and his miscommunication filled life. Suddenly, the scholar finds himself entertaining infuriating individuals he'd rather not meet.
