Sasuke always told Sakura she was weak. Even after she trained with Tsunade for years he only had eyes for Naruto whom he considered strong. She would forever be invisible to him no matter how many mountains she toppled.
Being a member of Team Seven despite Sasuke’s refusal to acknowledge her meant she got herself into her fair share of sticky situations. Getting stuck a hundred odd years in the past had to take the cake though.
But she was just a weak little girl and compared to the shinobi of old she’d be ridiculously pathetic. Sasuke had said she was weak to him – a modern day shinobi who hadn’t been forced into battle after battle like they did in the Warring Clans Era. Obviously she’d be nothing more than a spec of dirt in the eyes of the Founders.

Trying not to let it show, she turned around in her chair to put the magazine down and saw the presence of a black robe, sandals, and most importantly a sword behind her back. Sakura had in no way expected to find a shinigami here, but her eyes were also caught by the red hair like the boy lying there. She tried to keep her face calm, but she still wished she could at least react in some way to what she saw. The shinigami turned out to be the same Kurosaki boy who was lying in her bunk. She sat back down in her chair, waiting for the guy to do something about it. He immediately started to get up, grunting and kneading his body. Just then Sakura turned to him, smiling sweetly, beginning to question him about how he was feeling.
"Kurosaki Ichigo, 15 years old. Thanks for everything, um..." Ichigo wanted to thank the nurse, but he didn't even know her name, since there was no sign on the office door yet.
"Urahara Sakura. Call me Urahara-san."
Or Sakura's new job was supposed to be a calm and peaceful place for her, but plans are ruined when she sees Kurosaki Ichigo in the guise of a shinigami and becomes close to his friends.
