    Summary

Thor has always been a creature of the sun and the storm, thriving in the bright, loud center of Asgard's court, while Loki belonged to the quiet shadows. But while their father only ever seems to value golden sons and heavy hammers, Thor knows exactly how magnificent his younger brother truly is.

When a routine patrol highlights the court's growing fear of Loki's power, Thor is determined to stand as an unyielding shield for his brother. But when a private moment of frustration triggers a terrifying, impossible burst of elemental frost magic in the dead of night, Loki is forced to face a truth he desperately wants to be a lie. Terrified of Odin's cold disapproval, Loki's panic flares—leaving the two brothers trapped together behind a wall of ice, facing a secret that could shatter their world forever.

    Summary

“Lay a hand on that thing, and you’ll lose it!” Loki hissed as he tracked Thor’s movement. He was trying to get the syringe. Apparently, it was tucked inside a drawer.

Lifting his hands in the air like common criminals, Thor distanced himself from Loki’s proximity. At least he had learnt not to test his younger brother when he was in a mood. He was not bluffing.

“Look, brother, I understand your… hesitation.” From the tone of his voice, Loki could hazard a guess that he was, in fact, not able to understand his hesitation. “But it’s for your own good. One little prick and it’ll be over.”

    TL;DR:
Loki has to have an injection. Memories resurface. Thor's there.
