Summary
Sequel to Favors. AU of Mockingjay. The Second Rebellion erupts after destruction of the 76th Hunger Games arena and rescue of the tributes, but some of the victors and the rebel victors' families are in the Capitol's hands. Katniss, Haymitch, their fellow victors, and loved ones from home all struggle to make a difference in the chaos and pain of war and keep their eyes on the goal of true freedom and justice for the Districts. And even though it's been two years since Peeta suicided in the 74th arena to hand her the crown, Katniss still has him to lean on.
Chapter 4: Katniss and the other victors watch helplessly as Snow turns the truth about Finnick's life in the Capitol into a weapon of torture. But Finnick has a few truths of his own in an arsenal ready to launch in return.
