The 100th Hunger Games is Panem's fourth Quarter Quell, and therefore must include a twist. As a reminder that the districts waged war upon their brothers and sisters in the Capitol, they will be reaping all eligible children from two families per district. This results in the reaping of Gilladrial and Lilith Hawthorne, and Ian and Kit Lockville, two sets of siblings whose relationships are truly tested in their fight for survival.
