Sakusa Kiyoomi was a college student who was about to start working at Kuroda's flower shop on weekends to pass the time.
On his first day, he saw a boy with his hair dyed a dirty, washed out blonde. He was dressed all in black, so Sakusa assumed a relative had recently died and was ready to give his funeral flower recommendations. That whole idea went up in smoke when the boy with the messy hair ordered a bouquet with a precision that made it seem like it wasn't his first time: four roses, two tulips, and three carnations. Sakusa noticed a bouquet right next to the counter with the exact same order, so he took it and gave it to him. The blond boy only vaguely paid for it, then took the bouquet and left the shop without saying another word. Sakusa thought it was a very strange coincidence, but as time passed, he realized that his opponent showed up every Saturday to buy the same bouquet of flowers, which were always prepared in advance by the workers who had been there the longest. Soon he became curious. Why did he come every Saturday? Why did he always carry the same bouquet? Who were the flowers for?
