And then his eyes widen comically as he turns around so quickly it’s a miracle his neck doesn’t snap.
“You can talk.”
“No shit,” the demon answers with a smirk playing on his burned lips, one eyebrow raised in amusement.
“But… but they said you couldn’t!”
“Maybe I just didn’t have anything to say to them.”

There was a brief silence in which the only sound was the slight clink of chopsticks against ceramic before Natsuo spoke up. “So, uh, quick question. How did Touya land someone like you well enough that you still like him? You’re pretty out of his league.”
Touya sent him an offended look. “I suddenly realize I don’t miss having little brothers at all.”
Keigo rolled his eyes before answering. “As aware as I am that Touya’s a little league team and I am a World Series Champion-” Touya choked on his soba, looking at him in betrayal, “-the dating pool was limited. Throw in some trauma bonding, overthrowing a major government agency, a bit of crime, and here we are. Romance,” he added, blandly giving a little jazz hand with the one that wasn’t holding chopsticks.

The League of Villains has surrendered to police custody, Endeavor is arrested and put on trial, the Hero Public Safety Commission has been shut down, and Japan is in the middle of massive political upheaval. Amongst all this, Dabi and Hawks try and navigate their newly legal relationship.
