Summary
Basically Headcanons about the Tadc characters in a greatest showman type universe.
Or
A world where certain people mutate randomly. This develops differently in each case. Society shuns these “mutants” and in extreme cases experiments on them to stop the process.
Nobody knows why this develops but some say it’s because of a higher being, making them for a purpose. Others say it’s a punishment for what happened in a previous life.
There is a safe haven for these people though. It’s above the clouds and they can live there peacefully (and they cannot leave. How great is that).
It flys around the world, letting spectators in every night to watch the one, the only amazing digital travelling circus.
