Mother Nature does not care about each member’s work schedule. If one person started their heat when they were the only person in both dorms, then it was up to them to call someone to help them. If someone’s heat kicked in when they were backstage at a music show, then it was up to the members to make sure that whoever was on heat partnered up with somebody in the group, and not with one of the many other Alphas, Betas, and Omegas roaming around the corridors outside.
If four Omegas were unfortunate enough to be left without an Alpha for nine months, then it was the Omegas’ responsibility to get through those nine months.

“tell me what you want, hyung,” shinwon mutters. his lips are against hoetaek’s neck, and his voice comes out muffled, almost as if he is uttering a prayer.
hoetaek gasps, out of breath, “i don’t know, i don’t—”
suddenly shinwon’s lips are gone. the younger man pulls away and he’s hovering over the older man, and his eyes read of something that resembles both disappointment and sympathy. hoetaek doesn’t know which is worse.
“you do,” his fingertips trace over hoetaek’s bottom lip gently, “you just don’t want to admit it.”
