Summary
Though no one knows how or why, humans have been appearing in the Pokemon world more and more frequently for the past fifty years. It takes time for them to adapt to a brand new body with no memories (and there’s always a lot of confusion about the talking animals and sentient teapots floating around), but most find a happy new life in the Pokemon world.

Summary
15-year-old Hikaru Stonewall has a lot of baggage for a girl her age—kind of a given, considering the state of her family: an absolutely-no-nonsense mother, a couple of annoyances for brothers, a moody sister who would rather be anywhere else but there, and a gaping hole torn into the center of it all. But when it comes to the troubles eating away at her heart, Hikaru finds that the easiest thing she can do is pretend everything is all right.
That is, until the Heartless attack, shattering the fragile stability of her world. Separated from her family, she joins Sora, Donald, Goofy, and myriad other survivors on a search for their missing loved ones. But things are never so simple. Between dodging shadowy villains and protecting the worlds from the Heartless, Hikaru must unravel her family's secrets, lest she be consumed by a darkness that may have been better left in the past.
