Summary
Max flipped the stake over on the grill and winched when he saw the color of it. Not medium well. He would remake it but he's so tired he's afraid he won't do much better on a second attempt. Instead he inhales the last half of his now cold coffee and hopes Kimi won't notice. Sleeping on the couch in the break room for a month and then sleeping on a mattress on the floor of his empty new apartment hasn't done wonders for him. Also his horny neighbors who won't stop going at it at any and all hours of the day. Although Max does sleep a little heavier after he's done getting off whilst listening to them.

This was somewhat inspired by the 2016 season when the Brocerdes divorce got messy and 18 y/o Max was there to annoy the fuck out of Nico and make Lewis pray he'll get to 8 before the Red bull has the pace. Then I got carried away with some plot.

Summary
The first person he calls is Gwen, just to let her know what’s going on, so that someone does. She doesn’t pick up, so he leaves a message. He thanks her, he wishes her luck, and he tells her he hopes she and Parker are really happy. He tells her what he’s going to do.
Then, he dials another number. This time, the person on the other end of the line does pick up.
“Hi, Aunt Sandra,” he says.Or; Flash Thompson finds peace. Peter Parker could use some.

"It was quiet, the darkness was heavy. His body felt like it was being dragged down by lead. The boy swore be could hear a voice. It was soft and gentle, it was calling to him. He wanted to so desperately reach out for it. But it was no use. It almost stung. The same tone, notes. An image sprung to mind, it was of a girl. He could not see the top of her head, it was too blurred out and contorted. Her smile was gentle, and her lips were friendly as they formed the word, the name she had been calling over and over to him.
