Summary
They say only during the full and new moon one could hear the sorrow filled song of a maiden echoing in the night. The pain of betrayal by her lover and lies told from her family coursing through the notes.
Yet, he could still feel her caress his skin as the day they first laid together. He could still feel the joy when he placed the ring upon her hand on their wedding day. He could still feel the slip of the same ring as she fell into the Abyss. It was his mistake. A mistake that let the palace fall without the constant joyous echoes of its Songtress of the Night.

Summary
Evelyn has been getting weaker and weaker, when one day she picks up a box of antiques, finding a lovely radio inside. Well, little does she know that dealing with Alastor is the least of her problems, the impending threat of her physical health looms over her as well. Who knew that a simple radio could change her life so immensely?
This was written before the amazon show was released, so please be lenient with plot errors, thank you! It also gets rather dark, when I say yandere, I mean it in every sense of the word, so if that is not your thing I would suggest not reading. I'll try to add trigger warnings where they are needed.
