"Woah! You're amazing!!" The purple haired boy was beaming, his eyes sparkling with an excitement Nagi has never had aimed towards him before.
He's never been looked at with such genuine interest and fascination. Hell, most days he goes without being noticed at all. It never bothered him, he ignored others just as they ignored him. In fact, he even preferred it this way.
But now? Being stared at as if he were some kind of grand treasure, Nagi couldn't help the fuzzy feeling that swirled through his chest. A sort of haze clouded his mind, stopping him from forming any thoughts as he admired the eyes that admired him right back.

If Nagi hadn’t shown up to school today, he would be waiting patiently for Reo to come home, either lying in Reo’s bed or sitting at his desk. As long as Nagi’s around, Reo always has someone to return to, someone waiting for him.
No matter what changes this year —this precipice of a year— Reo will survive it. He has Nagi, after all.
Everyone knows of Mikage Reo. Brilliant, handsome, and well-mannered, he’s practically a prince in the eyes of his classmates.
If only he didn’t have such a peculiar habit of talking to himself.
