Summary
When Stiles is bitten by a rogue Alpha tearing its way through Beacon Hills, he expects to turn into a werewolf. He's prepared for the uncontrollable anger, the sharp teeth, and the super strength, but even after he heals from the bite, he gets none of those. He's faster, sure. He has enhanced senses, yes. Also, Derek has started acting very strangely about Stiles, like he might actually care about him, and it is throwing Stiles for a loop.

Now thirty years old, Stiles is one of the most terrifying emissaries in supernatural California. Derek Hale is Alpha of the Hale Pack and CEO of Hale Enterprises. Apparently, they’ve been emotionally married since approximately 2008.
Honestly, Stiles would like it noted that none of this was his fault. Not the years of movie nights, the orange slices, the forehead kisses, the domesticity, or the fact that Derek apparently courted him using romance scenes from Jonathan Hale’s bestselling detective novels.
In Stiles’s defense, Derek Hale was obviously straight, out of his league, and definitely not looking at him like a Victorian widow seeing sunlight again. Unfortunately for Stiles, literally everyone else noticed years ago.

It took a second for Derek to realize that people could see Stiles behind him. He hadn’t actually thought about the fact that his watching his boyfriend earlier was specifically because he could see him. Which meant everyone else could, too.
