Summary
Jax comes back from abstraction, catching Pomni right at her brink. As the two slowly begin living again, they discover more than what memories could show.
This fanfic takes place after the events of season one! There will be suicidal implications, mentions of OCD obsessions and compulsions, small sexual scenes, and body dysmorphia throughout the fic! Warnings will be placed above chapters, let me know if I need to add any after each chapter.
This fic will be updated when in WILL BE! I'm trying to be more lenient with schedules and take out my OCD on Pomni, so please be patient! Fanfics are free.

Summary
After Caine returns and normalcy moves into the Amazing Digital Circus for the first time, the humans (and Artificial Intelligences) grapple with their feelings about those they lost. The friends and frenemies who couldn't cope with the strain of this digital world and fell into themselves, and the memories (and giant lovecraftian horrors) they left behind.
But as time passes and tender gestures are exchanged, what was thought to be only one-sided consolation for those who grieve slowly seeps into the inky abyss of the final abstraction. Somewhere in there, a little chicken fetus might one day be ready to break out of her shell.
