   Summary

   The turtles may have been imprisoned before, but when Raph gets arrested on Earth, they find that being under the custody of the NYPD poses its own unique challenges. Unlike on the Triceraton homeworld, they have to break their brother out without being seen by humans. To make it harder, they estimate that they have only four hours to complete their mission before Agent Bishop gets wind of the situation and comes to pick up Raphael for dissection.

   This fic takes place in the middle of season 3.
