His lighter; it was gifted from Steph, who gave it to him a while back, covered in many stickers. He put it carefully down, continued to search for the other stuff.
He couldn’t help but feel a gush of adrenaline flush through him. He didn’t do this in so long.
He stared at the pack of cigarettes in his palm.

Summary
Jason really wishes he could've just beat the kid up and sent a message to Bruce, but instead, he's stuck with a very high and drunk teenager and he can't bring himself to not take care of him, maybe it's because the kid has no survival skills despite throwing a knife at him, or maybe because he has the same glassy-eyed look on his face and vodka scented smell in his words that reminds him of the mother he watched die and couldn't save.
Or
Jason breaks into Titans Tower and finds himself mother-henning a very high and mildly tipsy Tim, and he's pretty sure that's not what he came there to do.

He can't starve his body because he has responsibilities to keep up with, he can't drink because even a moment where he's caught off guard could be terrifying and he can't smoke cigarets, because Jason does that and damn it he wants to be original.

He pulls out the little machine, blue raspberry flavored, and blows the vapor into Jason’s sputtering face.
