Luigi never dreamed he'd end up another parent figure for any of the Koopa King's sizeable brood, but by the time he realizes that's what's happening, it's too late to turn back. But does he even want to? The closer he gets to Bowser's kids, the fonder his opinion of the King becomes. He starts noticing things about the fire-breathing monarch he'd never knew to look for before.

Summary
This came from the idea of fanfictions-i-cant-write on Tumblr.
Idea is provided at the end so that nothing is spoiled!What if Bilbo had been a Bounder when he was a tween?
Bilbo gave a breath of relief before he brought his blades up to block a sword from coming down on his head. He slid out from under the orc’s blade, putting himself behind the orc and driving his knife through its calf. Its screech was cut short by Bilbo’s blade finding its throat.
And on it went.
The orcs were like swarming flies, never-ending in their numbers and persistence. Soon enough Bilbo was panting, body covered in sweat and blood. The sky opened above, snow drifting down from the gray skies.
Time seemed to race by, lost in the splattering of blood and pained screams. His arms grew tired and his weapons dwindled. With his quiver empty, he discarded it and sent his last dagger whistling through the air, burying itself in the throat of the last orc. With a gurgle, the orc collapsed, and everything was quiet.
