    Tokyo is like any other city, there are peaceful areas and more dangerous areas. In one of the most dangerous areas, two gangs are battling each other. One is called Strong-Armed Dragon, the other is called Demon's Flame.

    Sawamura Eijun is a new police officer who, upon his recruitment is immediately sent to the department of gang-related crimes, which operates from a police box in the Seidou factory district where the two major gangs usually clash in fights.
