Danny is unable to save his family from the Nasty Burger explosion. Now he wanders the Ghost Zone searching for his family, for their ghosts. As long as he has them, in any form, he can still stop Dan Phantom from ever happening. He doesn’t care if he has to live the rest of his days in the Ghost Zone. Home is where the heart is after all. Walker might have something to say about that though.
