    All throughout Catra’s life, she was constantly reminded that she was worthless, a nusiance, a pet. No one actually wanted her. So she had resulted, in the end, that the only person she could count on was herself.

    Until the portal happened and it ripped reality apart, Catra stuck in the middle of it. She survived but at what cost. Her friends had left her after and it had been so long since she was actually happy.

    But then what was supposed to be day off turned into a journey travelling through the Whispering Woods, finding her home and family, and realising she's royalty with her own magic. Now, Catra had to fix her mistakes and if going against the Horde and joining the Rebellion was the way to do it, then so be it.

    She just wished someone had told her before that being the hero was never easy.
