It all starts one night as the sweat dries and their breaths slow, Sanji slumped on Zoro’s chest. Her mind is utterly calm, empty as a cloudless day, sleep rolling in like the tide. From the depths of this calm comes a thought, and she says it without thinking.
“Is there anything special you want to try?” she says. Sanji looks up at her, chin on her sternum. “In bed,” she clarifies.
A look she doesn’t understand comes over his face. “No, I’ve never been happier,” he says, and if she didn’t know better, she’d think he’s trying to reassure her. “What we have, I couldn’t ask for more.”
The desire to sleep pulls away from her slightly. “Robin says a sense of adventure can be very useful in a relationship,” Zoro offers. “We can try things and decide we don’t like them.”Series

After the events of Thriller Bark Sanji unexpectedly runs into Ace on a small island.
The young commander can tell that something is on Sanji's mind right away and asks him about it.
After Sanji confides in him over dinner Ace offers him to spend the night together to distract him a bit.(just fyi, i purposefully left out some tags to not spoil any minor details that i thought coul be cool so yeah, enjoy!)
