There was something about those eyes that drew Simon Ghost Riley in. The eyes that would glisten with love when he locked eyes with the sergeant. The way they would change to a locked in focus when deep in concentration, and even still on the brink of a blank and wild intense stare as Johnny went to town on unsuspecting enemies that dared hurt him or any other member of the team.

Summary
The Four Horsemen are sent to earth and inhabit the bodies of humans to experience life that they have always had dominion over. They along with with other sibling Chaos find each other through the men they inhabit and the 141 become a fearsome military team. When others of their fathers creation, the seven deadly sins, start to band together and the ten plagues of Egypt return to earth the horsemen must find away to stop the end of days so that the men they have become fond of can have their happy ending.

Summary
London and its surrounding areas are run and controlled by five criminal organisations/families. The 141, The Vaqueros, Chimera, the Lions and the Shadows. John Price Junior grew up in the lifestyle under his father John Price Senior. After a break-up with a rival who was using and grooming a young John, John left to join the military only to come back to run the family after his father's death. He took in a 15-year-old John MacTavish whose parents had sent Johnny to settle their debts with payments of physical pleasure. John vowed he would protect him and became his guardian, Johnny enlists in the military to learn some new skills that will help him as a member of the 141 family. There he makes friends who also join the group. Then years later when one friend is taken manipulated and blackmailed by the rival Chimera organisation Johnny and John must work to get her and and another long lost away from Chimera and its horrible predatory boss Nikolai, the man who used, abused and tried to groom a young John Price

Summary
After the the American Civil War many were left with out a purpose some like John MacTavish went further west to see if they could get in on the tail end of the Gold Rush in California. After a chance encounter in a saloon John MacTavish finds himself with a new job, a new nickname and a pining for a mysterious masked co-worker. The two become drawn together after their small cattle drive is targeted by the notorious Shadows a left over company of former Confederate soldiers who fancy themselves special. As MacTavish and his mysterious crush are pinned down in a small town church they start to realize just what they mean to each other.

John’s words had always been just as lethal as his punches. He was a spitfire in every sense of the word: cutthroat and brash, but full of life all the same. John Mactavish’s words held just as much power for him as a gun, and now he couldn’t remember how to speak.

It bothered Soap how much people looked at his soul marks with sympathy, with disgust, like they were something to be ashamed of.
