Summary
Phases of Snufmin in autumn. Ficlet collection of short-ish one-shots I don't have anywhere else to put.
One: "Red." Moomintroll invites Snufkin apple-picking in the orchard.
Two: "Early Dark." Moomintroll and Snufkin go fishing, complain about handsome guests, and are generally oblivious.
Three: "Baking With Apples." Alone in the house on a rainy day, Moomintroll decides to do some baking, and Snufkin keeps him company.
Four: "Harvest Festival Part I" The Moomins visit a (American-style >.>;) harvest festival for good, drama-free fun. For Moomintroll, this is of course impossible.
Five: "Harvest Festival Part II" Turns out Moomintroll and Snufkin have no guards against the sales strategies of wily festival merchants.
Six: "Harvest Festival Part III" Moomintroll gets "advice" from an unlikely source. The trouble is it's just so difficult to stay angry at a snufkin.
Seven: "Harvest Festival Part IV" In which a haunted maze probably isn't the best choice for a lovers' tiff.
Eight: "Harvest Festival Part V" Moomintroll's brave but foolhardy decision leads him into a ghost-filled nightmare.Bookmarked by Leigh06

With a snort, Eddie shook his head, his neck going almost limp. “Bullshit,” he muttered, his hair falling to cover his face. “Bullshit, Harrington.”

“He told me it was bullshit,” Steve put a hand on his chin, trying to avoid covering his mouth like it would hide anything from her. “He called me a liar, told me I didn’t have to lie just to give him something to look forward to. Told me that he didn’t want to hear it. I didn’t…I didn’t bring it up again. He made it pretty clear,” he bit the side of his tongue, shaking his head. “He made it pretty fucking clear he didn’t want me to be saying it at all.”

Summary
It felt like Steve's life began the summer he met Eddie.
Steve had never met anyone he liked being around more. When summer ended and Eddie had to go home, they promised they would always be best friends. They would find each other again, no matter what.
It was stupid. It was the kind of thing little kids said when they were still young enough to believe in promises and forevers.
Steve knew that. That doesn't make it hurt any less now that Eddie's back and acting like they were complete strangers. Nor does it explain the new funny feeling Steve gets whenever he looks at him.
So, Steve resolves to forget about Eddie Munson.

Summary
During their freshman year together, Eddie decides to play a harmless prank on Steve. He slips an anonymous love letter into Steve’s locker to make the pretty boy think he has a secret admirer.
Seeing Steve’s smile and flushed cheeks as he reads the letter makes Eddie’s heart skip a beat and somehow he finds himself writing another letter, as a joke, obviously.
But 2 letters turns into 4, then 10, then 20. For the entirety of their high school years together, Eddie slips anonymous letters into Steve’s locker, not quite sure when they stopped being a joke.

Summary
“Sorry! Nobody down here but the FBI’s most unwanted!” shouted a deep voice from behind the door. Steve gently pushed it open and took in the cluttered surroundings. Jesus, doesn’t this guy ever clean? Sitting on a desk chair was the most interesting FBI agent Steve had ever seen. His hair was long and frizzy, reaching down past his shoulders, and he was wearing scuffed combat boots under black work slacks that had more than a few safety pins periodically attached to them. Steve wondered what function they could possibly serve.
“Agent Munson? I’m Steve Harrington, I’ve been assigned to work with you.” Munson looked up at him with large brown eyes and a sarcastic grin and went to shake Steve’s hand.
“Wow… it's so nice to be so highly regarded,” Munson let out a small laugh before turning back to his slides, shaking his head, “So, who’d you piss off to get stuck with me? Must’ve been a big oopsie.” Who the fuck says oopsie?
