His hands fidget during his HRT consultation, a nice, middle-aged man talking him through what to expect, any side effects, how he’ll inject the testosterone into his thigh. He’s shaky the first time he ever does it, and it hurts possibly more than it’s supposed to, but it’s a breath of fresh air all the same.
