Summary
Content Warnings: Drug addiction, suicidal ideation, frank discussion of all the emotional baggage that comes with those; NO drug use explicitly described.
Lihra has fallen. He didn't want to believe it at first, but at the mercy of his addiction, continuing seems to be his only option. Emmrich refuses to let him believe as such.
A cathartic piece about my own struggle through the lens of Rook and Emmrich. Includes open communication and comfort in the second chapter.
Excerpt:
Lihra looks directly into the older man’s eyes, voice cracking in pain. “I have nothing to show I ever existed, Emmrich. Everything I have done has been because of what I consume. The Rook you know is a doll puppeteered by rocks and plants. I am unable to fight, have fun, paint, study, eat, sleep, anything without them.”
“It should have been me, Emmrich. Not Varric."
“No.”

Content Warnings: Humiliation, degradation, accidental then purposeful voyeurism, lots of verbal taunting.
What starts as an interruption turns into something much bigger than any of them could have thought.
The fight against Elgar'nan is what made Solas and Damien allies to begin with. But after the events inside the Fade bubble, perhaps the All-Father can bring them closer together in a way none of them could have imagined.
Direct continuation of "Heavy is the Crown". More bottom Elgar'nan with some dom Solas and beta dom Rook, this has been a monster to write.
POV switch from Solas to Damien. Not beta read.

Content Warnings in tags & at beginnings of each chapter.
Lihra is too cowardly to run from Elgar'nan when he finally faces the god. His submissive instincts and guilty pleasures may be as much a blessing as a curse as he serves Elgar'nan in whatever way the god sees fit. At this dichotomy of wants and desires, at the tug-of-war between the will to survive by any cost and the demand to sacrifice for the greater good—Lihra finds himself ready to be torn apart.
But as Lihra tries to settle into his new way of life, he becomes increasingly perplexed and intrigued by the hidden layers of the All-Father. Slowly he peels back the masks one by one, and finds who really lies beneath.
Perhaps Lihra is not the only one who is scared.
Eventual romance and healing. Will upload one or more chapters per week, depending on the flow of the story. Not beta read.

The monster hunts its prey, Xhian the quarry.
Surviving is a victory in itself, and Xhian will do anything to ensure he remains whole. Even if it means the surrendering of his dignity. But with the thrill of fear, the whisper of death making his heart race, it isn't as much of a hopeless situation as he may have thought.

Summary
Elgar’nan is still a thing of terrible, otherworldly beauty, but he is pliant — bestowing upon him the gift of perceived submission. His skin is marble and smooth, but there is no mistaking the humanity in the way it flutters beneath his mouth, muscle and sinew shifting at each reverent press of Enaseth’s lips. And in the way he arches, corded neck exposed in supplication, an open show of trust or complacency or perhaps neither at all. It is a rare thing, indeed, a gift he seldom grants, if ever…

Summary
‘I have already given up my life for yours,’ Dorian said. ‘Now you expect me to give up the ideals I grew up with? Just like that?’
‘Yes,’ Lavellan replied. ‘I had to.’
‘Then you know how it feels.’
Lavellan has to be someone for everyone. For his people, a sacrifice - sundered from his clan in order to save them all. For the Inquisition, an icon - more embodiment of hope than man. For his advisors, a peace-maker - tasked with the choice and the consequence. Each iteration of himself is a necessary falsification, because for himself, he is a protector, maintaining the emotional walls that shield the volatile liability he knows he really is.
Dorian sees through his pretenses.

Some believed they did not leave footprints. Some believed they had no reflections. Some believed they had no real corporeal form at all, but existed simply as wilful shadows. Some believed they could never be truly killed, for they were already dead.
