Summary
Danicka likes her life the way it is, without complication. That's why she works for herself, lives out in the middle of nowhere and reads away her time when she's there. As soon as she's done with a job, an explosion from the mountains gets her attention and she does what any person does -- investigates. Except, she comes up short and with nothing until she returns home, only to be attacked by an alien lifeform and saved by another. Now, her world is turned upside down and she's in danger on multiple fronts. Fucking fantastic.
Thrall'Vek (Fury) received an emergency distress call from a lone mountain range on Earth, except it's not common that his clan's ships should be around there. Without second thought, he heads out to investigate why there is a clan ship there, what it was doing, when things going very wrong. Facehuggers have escaped, and infected the local fauna, creating serpents in the meantime. Now he has to hunt them down and eradicate them, only to find his path tangles with a human woman and he can't simply just brush her aside. Things get complicated. Fucking fantastic.
