Summary
Octavian has been stuck in a cell for who knows how long with no escape in sight. He's tortured constantly for information he doesn't have, while his mirror stands tall next to Jupiter, keeping the districts in line. When Octavian isn't being tortured, he's stuck with Percy and Jason in one room, without his eyesight.
Leo feels like a bird with clipped wings. The rebellion leader, a harsh stain from his past, is keeping him in the underground of the Hestia district. He's alone aside from his doctor and another patient, and he feels useless while being forced to carry a baby he doesn't want.
All hope is lost until a propaganda piece airs from the capitol and Leo suddenly knows exactly where Octavian is and is determined to get him back.

Will Solace was fifteen, and had a lot in common with other fifteen-year-old teenagers.
Unlike most fifteen-year-old though, Will was dead. More precisely, Will died twelve minutes and forty-one seconds ago, poisonous fangs in the chest and in horrible pain. Presumably. It was all a little fuzzy in his head.
This, however, was not the problem.
