So Wu Ming takes a step closer.
“This humble believer would gladly give his god everything he has,” he declares. “If Dianxia… would be willing to take it?”
The last part clearly wasn’t supposed to come out as a question, but Xie Lian was smiling so brightly and sincerely that Wu Ming’s tone rose with surprise.
“Only if this precious believer also takes everything I have,” the god replies.
