Summary
Lena goes off script during her speech at the military academy and tells the students that the 86 are, in fact, human beings. Unlike canon, the military police immediately arrest Lena and imprison her. Lena is charged with treason. Rather than being executed by firing squad, the military tribunal devises a more fitting punishment for their pig-loving Princess.
'Make her an 86... And make her Spearhead's new Handler! Ahahaha~'

Summary
Major Vladilena Milizé was quickly becoming known as the best Handler in the military. Not even a year after she received her first unit, the destruction rate of Processors under her command had dropped to near zero. Even given she was one of few who took things seriously, this was a feat unheard. Sure, she was a little crazy to care about the drones and had a wicked glare when angered, but one had to admire her skill and tenacity. Who else would request to take on two squadrons by herself, one of them the notorious Spearhead?
Meanwhile, rumors were spreading across the Eastern Front of a Handler who could control the Legion and turn their devastating firepower back on them. Most laughed it off as a battlefield myth, but one thing that was true was that it had been nearly two months since Zodiac Squadron in the ninth ward had lost a single Processor.
Spearhead themselves were rather skeptical of the rumor, but given their own Reaper’s gift, they were a little more inclined to accept the tale. Still, when they finally met the newest Handler assigned to them, neither side was quite prepared for what the other had to offer.

Summary
Shin was boiling over, even if he didn't want to admit it. A pot on high heat, left unattended until all the water had evaporated. A dull yet unrelenting desire for something, something that was lost to him. A want for an unfamiliar warmth. An unreasonable want to be in the same room as her, to hear her laugh, to hear the prideful "Good work today, Shin," that he had become so accustomed to, yet hadn't heard since the days grew so unfavorable. It felt selfish. It felt demanding. Ungrateful. A selfish desire that had became such a burden.
