Summary
In which Five Hargreeves makes the biggest mistake of his life.Summary: Five had been angry the first time he time-travelled. Not just angry, furious. The person he'd given his heart to had betrayed his trust and he wasn't sure how to forgive her. So, he jumped into the future recklessly, uncaring of the consequence. Forty-one years spent in the apocalyptic wasteland and at The Commission and he finally made it back to her.
It didn't matter that she wasn't happy to see him after nearly eleven years. Five was back. He was going to save the world from the apocalypse and the only girl who meant anything to him.
*This is an AU where everything is the same except Five time jumps at eighteen (nearly nineteen). Story takes place across separate years: 2007/2008 when Five and Natalia are eighteen, and 2019 when Five comes back from the apocalypse, each chapter is labelled with when it is set!*

Everything changes at Stacey's party between Mike and Will, who share more than just a first kiss. But by morning, Mike has forgotten their special night. But the boxed up feelings twist and turn into hate toward his former best friend and he vows never to speak to him again.
Mike can't remember Stacey's party for the life of him. But he does remember one thing: telling Will how he truly feels. But now Will has left town and Mike is left to believe it's because his feelings aren't reciprocated.
