Summary
After centuries of bearing the weight of a doomed people, Furina had found herself unmoored when the great flood came and went, and the curse lifted.
The applause had faded, the stage lights dimmed, and the nation she had given everything for now regarded her with unease and confusion.

Summary
During her later years as Fontaine's Ruler, the Hydro Archon began to secretly weave together a force that could act as a buffer against increasing Fatui interventions in Fontaine. Taken from the best of the Maison Gardiennage, this small company of soldiers grew over time. They became the force that could make the Tsaritsa's best falter and they were the ones who swore loyalty to Furina, and subsequently Fontaine. Faithfully serving their Archon, they were eventually honored with the title: La Grande Armée de Fontaine.
A new approach to Fontaine's stories. Delve into the lives of the soldiers who would rather die than surrender, and see how their will to do so changes how the Great Trial of Fontaine will play out.
