Wild wanted to test something. “Well, since we’re talking about family… Does anyone have one of their own?”
Legend told the group about his Fiance, Time told the group about his wife, and Sky started talking about Sun.
What wasn't expected was Wars talking about a wife and a son.
“My wife, she’s the prettiest gal in all o’ Hyrule, she’s got gorgeous black hair and green eyes. We have a son, about 3 years old and takes after me. He's got adorable blue eyes and blonde hair, and actually looks quite like Champion. And there’s another little one on the way.”
If that didn't convince him, then may the moon fall down.

Link likes to think he is similar to Nightshades; head bowed in denial of a too heavily burdened reality, and blue, oh so blue. The flower of grief.
Perhaps this is why he heads to the ruins of Castle Town for the first time, petals trailing in his steps, as he prepares to mourn. He doesn’t expect to meet a friend, draped in ghostfires and a story long lost to time.
