Jungsoo swallows.
There is a rasp to his voice when he says, “Maybe you should try Kanghoon, then. He’s very realistic in his desires.”
Jungsoo takes his leave faster than normal. Kyuhyun is still puzzling over his abrupt change in behavior when a system message pops up in front of his eyes.

“When did you start hunting?” Jungsoo asked, arms folded across his chest. Kyuhyun had finished inputting his contact information and now texted himself from Jungsoo’s phone. He did not answer until he had saved the new number as Jungsoo.
Then, looking up to meet Jungsoo’s eyes, he said, “When I was younger.” He paused, as if he expected that to be enough. But when Jungsoo only continued to stare at him, he relented, saying almost reluctantly, “2010, I think. It was late in the year, almost 2011.” His mouth curled into a smile without mirth, his voice cool as he asked, “Why? Want to call me sunbae-nim now?”
Jungsoo flashed his teeth in an ugly grin of his own. “Aww, a baby,” he said. “Respect your elders, Kyuhyun-ie.”
Park Jungsoo is South Korea's first S-rank Hunter – and now he must survive a future that is fifteen years ahead of him. Cho Kyuhyun is stained by the scars of his past – and always ends up alone, no matter how hard he tries. They may not fit perfectly together, but neither can afford to lose the other.

“And I’m,” Jungsoo says, the words sticking in his throat. He swallows and tries again. “And I’m not important – not the way he is. There can be other scholarship kids, other council presidents. They said just ignore it for a few years, mind your own business – and it’d be okay.”
Kyuhyun makes a sound of discontent beside Jungsoo. He disagrees – because of course he disagrees. He doesn’t understand what it means to be walking a razor’s edge, trying to push above his family’s means, above the expectations society has set for him.
Park Jungsoo just wants to coast through his final year of high school. Unfortunately, the student council's new treasurer makes that increasingly difficult. (Maybe Jungsoo still has some morals left, after all?)

Baekhyun’s tank top clings tight to his chest, carves out the stark lines of his clavicle, shows off the swell of his biceps. Any other time, Jongdae would be rendered mute in appreciation, his eyes devouring the feast Baekhyun has prepared for him.
But, right now, he really just wants to get Baekhyun in the outfit he ordered off Naver Shopping.
Jongdae has the genius idea to make Baekhyun crossdress in the bedroom. The results speak for themeslves.

Sakura is twelve when she queues up in front a desk with a bunch of other equally-terrified looking shinobi. The ages range from younger than her to old enough to be her grandpa.
The man sitting at the desk is stony-faced as he doles out assignments. Sakura obediently shuffles forward when it is her turn, and recites her shinobi identification number in a shaky voice when asked.
When the provost marshal looks at her, looks down at his paper, looks back at her, and grimaces, Sakura knows it’s not going to be good.
