Midoriya is done with everything and everyone. But when a new and dangerously unpredictable villain appears, he’s forced to confront the threat but also his past, present, and future. And to make things even worse, he’s beginning to catch feelings for a man he’s spent years insisting he hates. -

Midoriya Izuku never wanted the spotlight.
Quite frankly, he'd have been happy spending his three years in U.A.'s Support Course hunched over his work bench drowning in blueprints, caffeine, and whatever gas Mei had accidentally flooded the workshop with this time.
But no, apparently the support students needed to be more 'well rounded' and 'integrate with their fellow classmates'.
Cue Power Loader drafting Class-2H into mandatory training and 'team building' exercises in preparation for the upcoming Sports Festival.
Because that was the obvious solution. Public humiliation and an absolute overhaul of Izuku's carefully curated schedule of avoidance and overwork.
What could possibly go wrong?

Support Course and spends his time sabotaging any and every attempt Power Loader makes to train him for the Sports Festival, tormenting the U.A. staff, and single handedly raising the resting heart rate of one Aizawa Shouta. Summary
Shouta's gaze moved to his hand, where a tiny, chubbier one wrapped around his index finger.
He looked at the kid whose eyes are puffy, red, and shiny like he's been crying and giant green irises stared at Shouta’s hand with a level of focus that only a child can have. He turned his gaze to the mother intending to get her attention but the notion died as he scanned the woman, distracted with a not-so-good looking phone call if the worried frown pinching her face and her fingers wringing in the front of her cardigan is any indication.
He sighed and let the kid play with his fingers, cooperating by turning his hand over when it was gently tugged, and watched the toddler count the lines on his palm in tiny murmurs and intense concentration, poking each one as he went, tired little sniffles every few seconds filling the silence. Looks like Shouta isn’t the only one who had a shitty day.

Aizawa Shouta, a new prohero, planned on getting some sleep on the train after a long exhausting day, like he always does, before heading back to the police station, but his plans get left at the train stop when a young mother and her toddler board his train.
