It suits Aziraphale quite well actually; the not talking about this part in particular. It seems that many many lifetimes of keeping himself in check, of allowing himself small indulgences but never daring to need, to want, at least not outwardly - that has left a mark somewhere deep inside his psyche. Even though they’re free now, even though it’s safe, he’s still not ready to give a voice to his desire for fear of some terrible, unnameable retribution.
