Eddie didn’t think about death much, or at least he tried not to. It was more out of spite than anything. Heaven and Hell were the most common rhetorics. If that was the case, Eddie’s pretty sure he’d be in the latter, all of Hawkins thought so anyway.

You, the reader, wake up- you look around yourself and see an old man laying on his death bed, he looks familiar like you’ve seen him before but you can’t place your finger on it? where are you? All you remember was laying in bed recovering from a cold and now you’re here? Strange, was this some weird fever dream? A woman calls you up to say your final goodbyes to this sickly man and you do, he hands you a letter, skeptical you go to open it but he grabs your hand and tells you to wait. It’s special, it’s life changing?

Summary
The house is fully decorated in preparation for Halloween; half the decor being homemade thanks to Carrie.
All they have left to do is carve pumpkins. It’s a bit frustrating for Tommy, considering that’s one of his favorite parts of the holiday, but Sue was adamant to not carve the pumpkins too early this year. By Halloween of ‘81 all of their pumpkins were reduced to brown and green mush.
