“Hey, you. What’s your problem? Do you want help or not? If not, can you dismiss me? I have stuff to do.” The demon says and crosses his arms. Hyunjin stops pacing and looks at him.
“Okay, yeah, I’ll just do that, everything will be okay.” He takes a deep breath and then pauses.
“Wait, how do I do that?”
“Well, how would I know? You’re supposed to know that!”
“This is my first time, okay?”
The demon facepalms.
“Then I guess you’re stuck with me.”

In a last minute attempt to pass his upcoming tests, Hyunjin tries to summon a friendly spirit to help him cheat. He ends up accidentally summoning a cocky demon instead.
Which is not only considered dangerous, but very illegal.

the silence was eerie, and crickets oddly quiet now.. “why..? I should be the one envying you..” he took a breath “but I’m sorry, please don’t hate me.”
“you wouldn’t understand.” tommy said, and here he thought he could get away.
“thats bold coming from you.” he tried to lighten the tension a little— and somehow, tommy didn’t feel safe anymore. not like he did.
