Eddie was mid-rant when Steve’s voice cut through the haze of weed smoke and self-pity. He forgot Steve was sitting within earshot. Robin giggles, and Eddie quickly shoots her a warning glare. He doesn’t need her help.
“What are you talking about?” Eddie scrambles, hoping to divert Steve’s attention.
“You said something about his eyes or… maybe thighs?”
Robin bursts out laughing before slapping a hand over her mouth. Okay, it’s official, she’s cut off from Eddie’s stash.
