Summary
The sheriff watched him for a moment, then he sighed and turned slightly. He reached out to open a cabinet door beside him, and pulled out a shelf. It was on a track, so it rolled out of the cabinet fairly easily, and held a small CCTV. Derek frowned and inched his chair to the side a little bit so he could get a better angle.
He was looking at a teenager, or someone at least young enough to be the same age as Scott. He was sitting on a bed in what looked to be a larger room, the area he was in surrounded by four glass walls, with his legs crossed and head tilted.
He was also staring directly into the camera, as if he knew someone was watching. A creepy smile slowly slid onto the teen’s face, and he held up one hand, wiggling his fingers in a slow, eery wave.
Derek felt his mouth run dry. He didn’t know who this kid was, but he didn’t like him.
“Who is that?” he asked quietly.
“That,” said the sheriff, “is my son.”

Summary
Every year, the village sends a sacrifice into the Darkwood. This year, it's Stiles. But the monsters aren't monsters — they're werewolves, led by Derek Hale, the last Alpha of a pack that was burned out of its homeland by the Argents a decade ago. The curse on the land is real, but it wasn't cast by the wolves. There's a way to break it. Derek has known for nine years. But the last time he trusted someone, she used his heart to destroy his family, and he's been surviving on guilt and silence ever since.
Stiles — armed with too many questions, a Spark he's only beginning to understand, and a terrifyingly mutual attraction to the most emotionally fortified man he's ever met — is going to have to crack Derek open. And then they're going to have to take back the land together.

Summary
Derek is tearing down the Hale house. Rebuilding on the foundation. He doesn't ask for help. Stiles shows up anyway — with a spreadsheet, a build schedule, and a group chat called "HGTV: Hell Edition."
Within six months, Stiles has nested so deeply into the territory that his scent is in the walls, he's wearing Derek's hoodies like they're his, and every wolf in the pack has quietly rearranged their life around him. He has no idea what he's doing. He thinks he's just the annoying human who does research.
Then the Alpha Council shows up, and an ancient Alpha names the thing everyone — except Stiles — has known for over a year.
Or: two people build a home together without admitting they're building it for each other.
It starts with the house.

Summary
When Stiles meets his Dom for the first time, it’s nothing like the cutesy, lovey-dovey Subflicks he used to drag Scott to when they were thirteen. There’s no burst of sunshine when they collide, no sudden swell of violins when their eyes meet; only a really big dent in the front of his Jeep and a seriously pissed off Alpha glaring at him from the sidewalk.
