"Monoga- What does that mean?" His eyes flit back and forth trying to make sense of the word Harris just used.
"One partner only and you're their only partner too," he explains.

Here are the facts:
Ilya has a wife. Ilya is confirmed monogamous. Harris just answered his supposed wife's call for him, but it was a man's voice.
The only explanation for this is that Ilya's being blatantly played in his face. Poor guy.
