Summary
Tim Bradford is a firefighter who has been through hell and back. His focus is his work, the very small group of friends and his sister and her children. He has no desire for a relationship until Lucy Chen finds herself renting his cottage and the pull is instant.
Lucy Chen—that wasn't always her name, is on the run and hoping to find a place she can call home, that's how she finds herself in the small—tourist town of Eden. She has a job as a nurse and place to stay owned by a very grumpy firefighter.

He knows with every fibre in his being that he can't lose her.... not again, not ever, he can't go another day without letting her know how he he feels.
She's the love of his life, he needs her to know this.So this was the first fic i ever wrote for Bellarke, it was during S6. I decided to edit it and repost it.
It's the Bellamy and Clarke moment at Gabriel's camp, after the Cpr scene that I wish we got.

There is this all-consuming aura being under Bellamy’s care, his kindness and necessity to watch over the people he loves is endearing. It was safe to say he quelled some of her pain, she is trying not to get too comfortable, too dependent on him but how can she keep herself from falling into his gravity?
~~~~Clarke moved away from her small town years ago, he didn't like feeling secluded and never fitted in. Years later she has to come back when her mother gets I'll and look after her as well as take over her doctor position. The Town holds grudges against people who leave and they don't welcome her back very well.
Bellamy runs a coffee shop now, Clarke goes there every morning before her shift. He's not happy that she's back either, he holds the same grudge as everyone else. But he starts to see that she doesn't deserve to be treated like that, so he starts doing random acts of kindness to see her smile since he hasn't seen her do that in a long time.
