It's been ten months since the Incident. Dandy keeps sending the toons on expeditions down the Site, hoping to get enough Ichor to fulfill his real desires... As well as wanting to find the real secret hidden down in there.
It wasn't until one certain expedition that Bassie stumbled upon something no toon had seen: a secret button, hidden on the elevator... That led them all to a new place: the Dark world.
Before the incident, before the show was cancelled, this place was built to test a new series of toons: the ones who would become protagonists to a new show, who were hidden down there for all these months.
Now, as the main protagonist of the new show threatens Dandy with revealing the truth, all of Dandy's world must adapt to the new toons, while they all keep looking for an answer.~~~

Summary
After an anomalous disaster happened in the city of New Helios, a mysterious girl appeared between the ruins of the city. Naming herself "Zero" and with the ability to see the power nexuses of other anomalies, the Foundation (the organization tasked with containing dangerous anomalies and protacting the world from them) tasks her with finding the Code Zero, another anomaly related to the catastrophe.
Agent Carmen Onru, from Mobile Task Force Alpha-1, is ordered to head to Hetherau, where she will join an anomaly named Zero, as well as the Anomaly hunters from Eibon antique shop, in order to uncover the secrets behind the city, the disaster on New Helios, and Zero's past.

“Negative. No mental interference. No anomalous stress. We’re… clear.”
Clear.
That word should be comforting. But down there, in the Bay of Bengal, clarity usually means something terribly wrong.
“No vertigo?” I ask. “No auditory shifts? No… presence?”
A pause.
One of the other voices comes through. Younger, quieter. “Ma’am, it’s like being inside a regular trench. Cold. Wet. That’s it.”
Another voice cuts in. Rougher, more uncertain.
“She’s not here.”
I freeze. “Repeat that?”
The diver swallows, audibly.
“She’s gone.”You’ve worked at Site-19 for seven years. Level 4 clearance. Calm under pressure. Mostly sane.
Then SCP-3000 disappears.
Y-909 stops working.
And the man who last fed it starts whispering to the walls.
Now you're being promoted to Level 5 — temporarily. Interviewing unstable SCPs, reporting anomalies, and pretending you don’t see the file that appeared on your laptop:“SCP-YOU | CLASSIFIED | UNKNOWN ENTITY | DO NOT ENGAGE”
