Summary
Born without the ability to perform magic, Harry is thought to be a Squib and is given away by his parents to a family friend, Nathaniel Essex, also known as the villain Mister Sinister. Having discovered that the boy is actually a mutant with powerful abilities, Sinister takes him into clandestine Weapon Plus program, where Harry is experimented upon, and where he becomes a deadly Nephalem, lethal and dangerous weapon agaisnt enemies of Weapon Plus and Sinister. However, despite being mind controlled by the Weapon Plus, a chance encounter with the X-Men and defeat their hands finally frees Nephalem from the control of Sinister and Weapon Plus.
Deciding not wallow in self-pity and depression, Harry adopts the name of Nephalem and becomes a force for good, joining the ranks of X-Men and the SHIEILD, fighting for the betterment of mutants and humans alike against whatever threat may loom over them- aliens, terrorists, extra-dimensional demons, and even Dark Wizards and Witches. Let the Dark Lord tremble, for there is now a new hero who stands agaisnt him, and his name is Nephalem, the X-Man Who Lived.
Primarily based on Marvel Comics, with elements of various films added in.

Summary
Harry Potter, or “The Boy Who Lived” isn’t known for thinking through decisions before he makes them. Despite not even starting his 3rd year at Hogwarts, charging into danger is almost second nature to him. This story follows him learning from mistakes, taking leaps of faith and growing into the most powerful wizard that the world has ever known.
This is a work in progress, when it's complete, or if I stop writing, I will change this line so people know.
(To be clear, this is a fanfiction where Hogwarts starts at 13, the world works in a way that more aligns with my thought processes regarding magic and other factors such as population etc. Harry will be given one “ability” that sets him apart from other wizards. There will be many wizards/witches throughout the story that will also have unique abilities, sometimes from bloodlines, sometimes from study, sometimes from luck. So if things in my story don't fit with what you know from canon Harry Potter lore? Probably best to just move on and enjoy the story. Rated M for good reasons, there will be dark things in this story, and there will probably be lemons…. Just wanted to give fair warning.)

Harry Potter never had what anyone would term an easy life. Raised to be a selfless martyr, he had survived one war only to paint an even larger target on his back. The problems of the Wizarding World never went away, and seemed to always drag him into them. The Pureblood issue never went away, it was just matched by the ‘New Wizard’ movement, halfbloods and muggleborn creating their own extremists. And most of them wanted a piece of Harry, or felt Harry was the solution to their problems.
And eventually, even the most powerful mage will die. So it was with Harry.
With a life that had long since become a burden Harry lay in Shell Cottage, Bill and Fleur's former home, warded and fideliused, with Fawkes, his sole remaining companion and secret Keeper.
But Harry didn't know he was being watched. Turns out the Hallows really are connected to DEATH, and She has a job to offer him.

Harry Potter was many things. He was a powerful wizard, the master of death, a powerful Auror, a problem-solver....sort of😅, and above all he was someone who craved family. He wanted a family that would love him for him and above all would not be FAKE! He had a good life...mostly after all that trash with Voldemort and the war but still he craved a new life where he could be loved and do what he wanted.
He though the whole master of death thing was just a fancy title....yeah it wasn't😬🫣.It just didn't mean what he thought it did which was apparently reincarnation after a long as hell Wizarding life and being reborn into an immortal species! Not only that, he just so happened to be reborn as a character from a book he read as a kid that was on their way to being hated and tortured AGAIN.

Magic is a strange and wonderous thing, it allows people to change into animals of all shapes and sizes. It can protect, nurture, and destroy. It is also rare. Only a fraction of all the planets that give rise to sentient and sapient life have magic. The other thing that’s strange, though far less wonderous is that alien abductions are real. The vast majority of abductions are never detected, and never attributed to aliens. The child that goes missing, only to maybe show up, dead, on a distant shore years later. The homeless person that just stops being around. The babe left on a doorstep on a cold November night.
Harry never knew what happened when he was teleported abord the shuttle. He slept through the shuttle docking with a ship hidden in the shadow of Pluto. He was barely aware when an egg hatched amongst the acquisitions the aliens had made prior to his stop. He cried when the same aliens started to scream as an apex predator stalked amongst them and consumed them one by one. After all, he hadn’t been fed or changed in 12 hours. When death came for him with acidic blood and a hidden mouth, he changed to match.
